Commonwealth of Virginia Prince William County Public Schools directly assisted in preying on Kemontay and falsifying the records to target the Mother as a predator using the 2002 case. The Mother Jakia Carroll, age nineteen in 2002 did not have a previous adult criminal conviction nor after the 2002 conviction. Va Senior Justice Supreme Millette jr. and Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert using all federal resources including federal informants and poor blacks to target the Mother publicly while these people move up in positions and is rewarded for crimes Jakia Carroll is denied life and liberty. The worse thing you can imagine is people preying on your children sexually and pointing at you as a predator while committing crimes to sexually abuse children through The Department of Human Services and Child and Family Services Agency. The Federal Predator Ring is huge. I know that we do not matter and I need my son to know the truth.

Prince William County Federal and Local Agencies relocated the family during the 2017-2018 School Year to District of Columbia while denying the child medical, education, disability benefits and treatment. The Mother Jakia Carroll reporting this in complaints with the evidence of the crimes and The District of Columbia DC Council assist in targeting the Mother and Son using all three branches of the government and several agencies.
