William Henderson and Jasmine Smith is going around the Quality Inn Shelter using the DC Sex Offense Registry based on the 2002 case claiming Mother Jakia Carroll Molested her daughter. The man is running up and down the hall knocking on families room doors telling them that their children is in danger. Jasmine Smith and William Henderson was at this all day with The DC General Shelter Staff, CFSA, DHS, TCP, and DC Shelter Security while Jakia Carroll and her son is in the hotel room on the fifth floor. Later that night Mr. Henderson and his girlfriend knocked on Jakia Carroll room door and Jakia Carroll recorded Mr. Henderson telling her how The Department of Human Services is using the poor families to attempt to kill Jakia Carroll for molesting her daughter while DC CFSA Lana Lopez and the "Red Team" get Stephanie Thomas to open up an Education Portfolio claiming education neglect on Kemontay Carroll and the Mother is mentally incapable of making decisions for her son based on the employees of the government affiliations to assist The Commonwealth of Virginia Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert along with the Judicial Courts and other Federal agencies preying on children for decades through the system.
