Kierre Carroll sent Niece Shanya M. Hill to Betty Betts house when Shanya kept texting him from the room upstairs in Timothy Armstead house, stating her Grandfather was trying to give her weed for sex... Shanya was sent to live with Betty Betts and Mother Jakia Carroll found all this out on June 3, 2015. Rhonda Brundage DSS Case worker called to tell Kierre Carroll that Shanya M. Hill was claiming to be molested by Mother Jakia Carroll and Shanya had been living in her home for days or weeks. Valerie Wenhold and PWC VA Police contacted Timothy Armstead and Jakia Carroll later that night claiming Shanya was being molested by her mother. The initial court report stated Mother Jakia Carroll molested Shanya M. Hill March 2013 while Jakia Carroll is in Federal Custody. Valerie Wenhold said it was a typo and changed the date to March of 2014 at Jakia Carroll parents home...
