3/15/2019 DC Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier is able to create falsified medical records, denying Kemontay Pediatrician Medical Records (Dr. Uchella with Kemontay from Birth until age five when family was relocated to District of Columbia. The Mother Jakia Carroll reported this to the DC Council on 3/15/2018 Public Hearing "DC General Closure". DC Council McDuffie office knowingly assisted Federal Government by directly preying on Kemontay Carroll using DC CFSA, DC Superior Courts, and Federal and local law enforcement and affiliated organizations.
Based on DC CFSA and DHS testimony Jakia Carroll is mentally unstable and unable to articulate, reason, logic, or use sense and have severe disruptive violent outburst based on DC Mental Health Services. Jakia Carroll is not known any where to do this and this is what the relatives and informants claimed about Jakia Carroll in PWC on Facebook to the public when Mother Jakia Carroll was asking for assistance with finding Shanya M. Hill.
Family and PWC VA Courts claimed Shanya ran off and none of the courts or family was aware of where or who the child was with and did not have contact. When Mother asked community to report to police sightings of Shanya in PWC with people known and unknown the relatives and federal informant Demetrius Perkins came out to the public claiming the Mother is a predator and snitch. Shanya claimed Mother Molested her and went to prison and her baby brother is in danger. Shanya is still with relatives to date.
