DC Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier provided OFFICIAL RECORDS CLAIMING MOTHER JAKIA CARROLL IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND HAS NOT WORKED IN THE PAST TEN YEARS BASED ON OFFICIAL TAX RECORDS to PROVE MOTHER WAS UNSTABLE AND UNABLE TO CARE FOR KEMONTAY CARROLL AS THE RELATIVES AND INFORMANTS CLAIMED VERBATIM JULY 27, 2017. SSA blocked Jakia Carroll from electronic account since 2017.

Jan. 5, 2018, Mrs. Wright claim her supervisor is making her release Kemontay Carroll SSA Benefits which she is withholding for over a year to assist PWC VA DSS, CPS in targeting family by ensuring family hardship. Please Note there is no financial Hardship in DC Superior Courts while family living in homeless shelter denied all benefits from DC DHS Financial and SNAP, While SSA decrease Mother SSA to $654 a month which $450 go to family living including storage , food, transportation, personal care, phone, clothing/shoes, and financial payments for $100 a month for loan.
