The Social Security Administration decreased Jakia Carroll benefits by $75 a month for $998 due to over payment for working on 6/1/2017. Once family was in DC the SSA decrease increased to over $100 a month while family homeless in shelter. PWC VA SSA Mrs. Wright withheld Kemontay Carroll SSI while Mother Jakia Carroll paid $845 for education a month for two years to support son disability. DC Superior Courts and DC Attorney General is able to provide OFFICIAL RECORDS SHOWING MOTHER NEGLECTED CHILD DISABILITY TREATMENT. After Family relocation to DC for housing 1/5/2018 PWC VA SSA Worker Mrs. Wright began process to release disability benefits. 1/27/2018 Mrs. Wright Complete the release of SSA benefits for Kemontay Carroll. 2/1/2018 DC SSA receive new disability claim for Kemontay Carroll and by May 9, 2018 Kemontay Carroll is not disabled. Mother Jakia Carroll spent a year speaking with Mr. Cannon from Federal Government Agency about the discrimination and crimes done to family while in DC Family Homeless Shelter. Kemontay Carroll became disabled by District of Columbia Social Security Administration on 3/15/2019 in DC CFSA care for education neglect. District of Columbia Attorney General Official Records show Mother Denying Disabled Child Treatment that is not a Disabled Child By The District of Columbia Social Security Administration. Jakia Carroll filed as the government agencies set in place to be targeted and harmed for doing the right things. These is the good and decent people protecting the communities and society, also targeting poor black families and children.

United States Social Security Administration in Prince William County Virginia Manassas Office began the decrease of Jakia Carroll SSI 6/1/2017 and this continued until 7/1/2019. The District of Columbia Superior Court Judge found no financial hardship to the family while homeless living in a shelter, denied basic needs and human rights from the federal government from state to state with official false records.

The District of Columbia Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier is able to produce OFFICIAL RECORDS SHOWING JAKIA CARROLL NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS. The DC Attorney General and GAL proving Jakia Carroll is not able to work nor mentally function to take care of Kemontay Carroll.

Mother Jakia Carroll filed against PWC VA SSA Mrs. Wright and DC SSA only to have the federal agents target her son and the DC and VA Attorney General Provide Falsified Records to claim the Mother is mentally unstable and denied the child disability treatment in DC Superior Courts "Education Neglect"

PWC VA Social Security Administration began this decrease 6/1/2017 claiming Jakia Carroll owed $998 for overpayment due to employment. DC Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier provided OFFICIAL RECORDS CLAIMING MOTHER JAKIA CARROLL IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND HAS NOT WORKED IN THE PAST TEN YEARS BASED ON OFFICIAL TAX RECORDS to PROVE MOTHER WAS UNSTABLE AND UNABLE TO CARE FOR KEMONTAY CARROLL AS THE RELATIVES AND INFORMANTS CLAIMED VERBATIM JULY 27, 2017. SSA blocked Jakia Carroll from electronic account since 2017.

Jan. 5, 2018, Mrs. Wright claim her supervisor is making her release Kemontay Carroll SSA Benefits which she is withholding for over a year to assist PWC VA DSS, CPS in targeting family by ensuring family hardship. Jan. 27, 2018 PWC VA SSA Mrs. Wright complete Kemontay Carroll benefits payments. On Feb. 1, 2018 DC SSA is sent a new disability case for Kemontay Carroll.

March 15, 2019 DC Superior Courts CFSA, DC Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier, DC Superior Court Judge DeWitt, DC Superior Court Judge Matini, DC Superior Court Lopez claim the Mother is mentally unstable and did not get the child Disability Treatment mentally unable to take care of Kemontay Carroll. DC SSA Fraud and Mother Jakia Carroll all due process and human rights. Please Note there is no financial Hardship in DC Superior Courts while family living in homeless shelter denied all benefits from DC DHS Financial and SNAP, While SSA decrease Mother SSA to $654 a month which $450 go to family living including storage , food, transportation, personal care, phone, clothing/shoes, and financial payments for $100 a month for loan. The severe decrease in finances do not allow family to afford housing or anything outside of surviving which Mother Jakia Carroll discussed with DHS staff and CFSA. Anything concerning reason, logic, and sense the DHS, CFSA, DBH, DC Superior Courts, DC Attorney General, GAL,, DC Council, DC Mayor Executive Office, DC Councilmember McDuffie, The Hillcrest Family Center, Prestige, MPD District 5, MPD District 4, MPD District 7.
