PWC VA CPS Worker Alice Harris began targeting Kemontay Carroll while the DSS and CPS worker play with Mother Jakia Carroll as if there is no laws and anything they want to do is okay. On 8/31/2017 PWC VA Public School allowed Valerie Wenhold and PWC Police to remove five year old Kemontay Carroll for an entire day not notifying Mother Jakia Carroll. Jakia Carroll found out two days later while driving her son to school. PWC VA Old Bridge Elementary School had full access along with other federal and local agencies to assist Kemontay Carroll and did everything to harm the chld. After removing Kemontay Carroll, Mother Jakia Carroll become a danger to the child based on 2002 case and cannot see her son in person in March 15, 2020. Jakia Carroll found out that she was now considered a predator when her son Kemontay threatened suicide and was in DC Children's Hospital and Mother was told she could not come into the hospital based on 2002 case. Jakia Carroll was allowed in Children's Hospital prior to CFSA custody and took son to the hospital a few times with no problems 12/19/2017 and April 5, 2018 for Sexual Abuse for Son Kemontay Carroll after taking her son to Safe Shores for an evaluation of sexual abuse.
