The Federal Hate Crime done by Commonwealth of Virginia Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Prosecutor Paul Ebert is initiated through the Department of Justice Eastern Division Federal Informants in Prince William County Virginia. The PWC Department of Social Services relocate the family for housing after Jakia Carroll filed on all agencies and employees involved and went to the public to seek assistance with the hate crimes targeting her children. The Family is relocated to the District of Columbia where The Department of Human Services commit direct crimes using adjoining agencies from the start while denying the family human rights and basic needs. The Department of Human Services open a Child and Family Services Agency Case for Education Neglect 1/27/2018 that the federal and local agencies collaborate using the poor blacks in the community to target the Mother based on Verbatim, what the federal informants and relatives created in Prince William County Virginia. While the Black Lives Matter Platform in the DMV is used to target the Mother as a predator the Federal Government using all three agencies create a predator criminal record denying all due process starting June 3, 2015 with PWC DSS worker Rhonda Brundage for Shanya M. Hill. Now that the Federal Government want to target a poor, single, black mother as a predator the blacks and minorities is happy to assist in the sake of good and decent people helping the community while protecting and serving themselves. The severity and the trauma can not be explained and is too severe for anyone to survive. You got to know God to know this for sure, it is not possible. While the Federal and local agencies is targeting the children sexually the black community is assisting directly from the gutter to the White House. The people in the community aware of the severe abuse and danger to the child allow this to happen in fear of retaliation. The federal and local agencies evidence is based on what the employees, affiliates, of the government say in court with the Department of Justice Attorney General Officially Falsifying Records directly assisted by the Judges in place to protect the government and assist the government before the rights of the people. Black Lives Matter America and we are in some real trouble with the delusions and lack of mental health awareness. After years of severe trauma the government misdiagnose Jakia Carroll using the relatives diagnoses to the public and Require the Mother to take medication for being mentally unstable. The purpose of all the years of crimes and trauma is meant to make a person mentally unstable from what I thought. Black people should be able to endure anything because the truth is we are not humans and of no value, just a waste on the earth and all of us need to be destroyed to make the world a better place! Then the black out cry of how we are of value and we should care when we really just want to pretend and go along with images and facades. The titles, status, fame, wealth, and American Dream is more important than the reality of ensuring enslavement to our own people. Black Lives Matter and this is the value of DC Black Lives.

The Homeless DC Advocate Jewel Stroman is severely trifling with five children and very poor cleaning habits. The DC MPD body cams can show you why the government feel comfortable with her advocating for blacks. We can not give what we don't have. She called the police and told the police that she left her children alone and her husband beat her son.
