Mother Jakia Carroll reached out to Federal Probation Officer Barry Raymond for assistance with Daughter Shanya M. Hill soliciting online. Federal Barry Raymond set Mother Jakia Carroll up with the Counseling and Forensic Services in Lake Ridge, VA to support the family with therapy and counseling. After, the Mother Jakia Carroll set up services with the agency the agency only concern is the 2002 case. The Counseling and Forensic Services Agency Therapist Melissa Renner disregarding the Mother Jakia Carroll as a person feel that the single mother homeless, on federal and state probation, struggling with daughter soliciting, and Mother in stage four cancer dying is not more important than the 2002 case which the Federal Government want to analyze with Jakia Carroll and do a polygraph after denying Jakia Carroll a polygraph in 2002 while PWC VA Judicial Courts created a high profile case. The Mother Jakia Carroll is violated for mental health services based on the 2002 case in 2014. The federal and local government agencies do not have a criminal history nor a sex offense history for Jakia Carroll and need to create a history to support the 2002 case while targeting the Mother to prey on the children. The Federal Government and Local Prince William County Police Department assisted the informants and relatives in molesting and soliciting Shanya M. Hill then used the child to claim the Mother Sexually Abused her in March of 2014 in Prince William County by Rhonda Brundage DSS worker 6/3/2015 which is placed on the Mother Criminal Background while denying all due process and human rights. The reality is that I will die in this mess because I will stand.
