jakia Carroll went through a struggle with the Federal Probation Officer Barry Raymond to pay the $500 rent a month in the residence of Jakia Carroll-Father Timothy Armstead. Jakia Carroll began living in Mr. Armstead residence May 26, 2015 aftr Federal Probatin Officier Barry Raymond claimed to have at least $500 a month for rent. Mr. Armstead was injured and addicted to drugs due to the pain medications from ongoing injuries. The dealth of Mother and Wife May 15, 2015 while Jakia Carroll faced her second federal probation violation for 2002 case. This is what it meants to be black and moving up in America. The cimes committed by whites is done by all minorities frontline with no care or regard for the law or the truth. The laws allowd the federal and local govenrment agencies to target children to prey on and we believe these same people is protecting our children?
