PWC VA 2012 Federal Drug Indictment. The Federal Drug Investigation began on 11/10/2011 in PWC VA while Mother Jakia Carroll was in a severe struggle personally, financially, and legally. Shanya did not live with her grandparents and Shanya did not run away from home prior to May 5, 2014 and Shanya was with the relatives and family from that date to now. There is no outside affiliations with Shanya besides the relatives informant friends. In 2019 District of Columbia will remove Mother Jakia Carroll son and the Mother will become a predator for 2002 case highest tier and a danger to her son.

Mother Jakia Carroll decided after the 2002 case to cut all ties with everyone except relatives and relatives-friends. The people we grew up with that has become family throughout our lives. The crimes using the 2002 case are done by government affiliates, partnerships private/public, CI's in DMV, and anyone else. Rachelle Ellison from PFFC began sharing this same case with people within PFFC and the agencies claiming sexual abuse to children. This is done based on Rachelle Ellison wanting to be seated as a Black Woman in the ICH Committee and Jakia Carroll speaking on crimes of white hatred done through the ICH DMV private/public partnerships. DC Federal CI Damion Bannister "Tian" a street dope boy began threatening me with a 2002 case on 1/14/2025 at 3:49 using the TextNow app. The message is threatening me with barring me from Panera Business in Downtown DC and to make sure I do not go there anymore. The text stated how he would report me based on the 2002 case.

The Brother has been targeting me with the 2012 Drug Indictment "Failure to Register". The Brother has been using this case concerning my son to the community in DC. This is the same thing the relatives and friends CI's in Prince William County did to assist the federal government as well. All the people directly assisting are all people under federal and local drug indictment charges.

The 2002 case is used to show danger and threat to my son in DC Superior Courts on 3/15/2019 and to place him in permanent custody. The same case is used to place the child up for adoption.

December 2024, the Brother gave an addict Lolita crack to attack me claiming I molested my son. Knowing the Brother is an informant and the crimes he committed against me I assisted the brother as an advocate when needed and did not harm or commit any crimes on this Brother.

Mother Jakia Carroll a leader/advocate that assist the brother in the community as the date is stated above. I do not share personal emails of any clients or people that I assist accept with the government agencies. I do not share files but records of my dealings with the people used to target me using the 2012 Drug Indictment for "Failure to Register". The denial of children is made by the federal Eastern Virginia Judge Hilton, Federal Prosecutor, and Federal law enforcement through the partnership of Fairfax News Media Network to target the mother using a drug indictment through federal agencies with no mention of the federal drug indictment for a year to create a "Failure to Register case for an individual woman. This Brother has been using the case against Mother Jakia Carroll since 2021 when the Mother Jakia Carroll did not know him. The same brother stated to Mother Jakia Carroll at DC Day Center in August of 2024, how Jakia Carroll is guilty by association with his drug dealing. He explained how he had opportunities to do better and decided to sell drugs and that we are not taking advantage of the opportunities afforded to us. In Dec. 2024 the brother stated that his charges for selling drugs would be dismissed in Feb. 2025. The Brother then began sharing the information with other people in the community and at the Day Center to target the Mother Jakia Carroll using her children for the 2002 case. The brother claims to the community that questions his motives was that Jakia Carroll told Park Police on him two days prior to the text messages. The same Park Police sent on the people who attacked him at/near the Day Center in NW DC. The community is fully aware no one told anything on anyone to Park Police during the bust two days prior and is aware this is an ongoing matter with this brother.

The US Attorney General and Inspector General denied legal and human rights to continue hate crimes using a 2002 case through the DC Councilmembers direct knowledge and support in crimes as well. The criminal history is to support the 2002 case and create a history to support the government's premeditated molestation of children. These are norms done for the good of humanity using blacks to deny white hatred.

In March 2018, Mother Jakia Carroll have a sexual abuse evaluation done for her son through Safe Shores and DC Children's Hospital after an encounter with a predator when living in DC Domestic Violence Shelter in SE 11/14/2017 - 12/28/2017.

The DC Councilmembers, DC Attorney General, US Attorney General, and the US Attorney General Inspector denied legal and human rights by creating official records through DC District 5 MPD for a false predator case to assist federal government, and the removal of son using 2002 case. The District of Columbia US Attorney General and DC Attorney General including US Inspector General with collaboration of Federal DC Superior Courts directly to support the removal and adoption of son.

The relatives and friends don't know anything about anything going on concerning the children or the legal matters with the federal and local government in Commonwealth of Virginia. The street relatives and friends are all on federal drug indictments during this time including Demetrius Perkins, Patricia Taylor, and several others. The Commonwealth of Virginia Federal Law Enforcement will directly support the affiliated relatives and friends with federal and local agency coverage to protect and remove criminal backgrounds to support the people affiliated as relatives and friends. The others will get careers, jobs, and government benefits to ensure stability of livelihood financially. Mother Jakia Carroll barred from living in Virginia and denied all human rights with further DMV federal collaborations. The sexual abuse to the children and common sense do not exist in hatred.

The day of the federal arrest done at the time that daughter Shanya M. Hill go to school to shame and embarrass the child, while traumatizing the child. A dozen federal agents fully suited in tactical gear surrounding the home at 6:30 am. The Lake Ridge Residence of Montez and Gina Carroll is where Andre Hines and Demetrius Perkins sent the federal agents to arrest Jakia Carroll. The family involvement with the informants is clear at this point.

While Federal Agents hold Mother Jakia Carroll in custody for sex offense registry based on Federal Drug Indictment, Shanya was pushed into being molested and solicited by the relatives and informants with the government full support. The children in America being at threat is not a problem for the good and decent people that prey on these children. Shanya M. Hill was placed with Tania Carroll-Majors and Sister along with Timothy Armstead by PWC VA DSS and CPS when Shanya ran away for soliciting which she was doing with the relatives while her Mother was incarcerated by Federal Marshalls for Drug indictment "Refusing to Register on Sex Offense Registry".

I am considered Mentally Unstable for reporting the crimes done by the local and federal government. My children is targeted by the local and federal agents to sexually abuse and the 2002 case is the reason for all the crimes committed by the federal and local agencies. It would be very difficult for any of the government agencies to claim to assist or help any of Jakia Carroll children when knowingly and directly denying the children rights to target the children.

The government was aware of the abuse to Shanya M. Hill while Shanya was in elementary school at Penn Elementary. The federal and local agencies through informants also knew that Shanya was being abused with the relatives and made sure to push the child back with the family by arresting the mother and this is where the federal and local agencies directly and knowingly sexually abused children and the communities and good decent people assisted in the crimes claiming the Mother Molested her Children in Federal Hate Crime which is ongoing and allowed.

DC Advocate Jewel Stroman, DC DHS-TCP Family Shelter Security Officer, and DC BLM April Goggans supporting DC CFSA sexual abuse of son by campaigning the 2002 case based on the 2012 Federal Drug Indictment "Failure to Register". This is not 1/3 of the people used by the federal and local agencies using all three branches of the government to legalize crimes done under domestic terrorism and white hatred. The day after the mother file charges on DC CFSA with police concerning abuse to son in care DC Advocate Jewel Stroman got an open DC DFSA case for leaving her children alone at night without notifying any adults in the home or having an adult supervising the children. The next day after her open case a hate crime is committed on Mother Jakia Carroll using DC BLM April Goggans's Facebook with DC DHS-TCP Family shelter security. The federal and local agencies DMV partnerships do not know they are committing crimes on families using all three branches of the government. The ICH partnerships through the DMV are doing their best and doing good for humanity. This is the good fight the blacks in DMV are fighting to make a norm among black families and communities for the good of humanity.
