11/21/2017 (DC OSSE) Bread For Our City SE DC

Mother Jakia Carroll went to Bread For the City for Legal Assistance with the Department of Human Services and Federal Discrimination and Crimes. The DC Government Employees and DC Council is claiming the Mother is Mentally Unstable and not able to communicate, articulate, nor do the basic things she needs to do based on the mental issues of not being able to make rational and reasonable decisions for the well being of her child. This is based on The DC Department of Behavioral Health Services. The District of Columbia Federal DC Superior Court Judges and Associate Judges Found Evidence of Mental Instability based on Mother Jakia Carroll Educating her own child above grade level. 11/22/2017 is when the Mother Jakia Carroll reached out to different agencies and for three months was denied homeless services until 1/12/2018 and a week later DHS is opening a CFSA case for Education Neglect. None of these files that show the government committing crimes against the family is allowed by the Court Appointed Attorney Ronald Colbert and Phillip Skillman. The third attorney Ms. Henry Murphy is only in place to deal with providing me legal services for the termination of my parental rights so the federal government can give my son to Terrance Callhaun the highly recommended predator by the federal and local government.
