On Feb. 11, 2017 after, Jakia Carroll left Timothy Armstead residence on Kellogg Drive she did not contact or deal with anyone relative or friends. The only person Jakia Carroll spoke or talked to during this time is Andre Hines. Based on what Jakia Carroll contact with Andre Hines the family is going through severe issues this includes the extended family that is with the siblings and Timothy Armstead.
