Hill. The day prior Timothy Armstead take physical custody of Shanya M. Hill. Throughout the year Jakia Carroll is denied all human rights to assist in the sexual abuse of Shanya M. Hill in Prince William County Virginia. The PWC VA Police tell Mother Shanya soliciting herself and other children is not illegal. The Mother Jakia Carroll turn over the child phone which is set up by adults and very professional. The PWC VA Police and DSS/CPS Valerie Wenhold falsify Official Court Records to cover up Shanya running away to solicit with the relatives and informants (friends) as stated in Valerie Wenhold Official Court Report

Timothy Armstead was not working due to injuries and was struggling with a drug addiction, as well as dealing with the death of his wife and the Mother of his children. Mr. Armstead is facing severe issues and unable to support nor take care of Shanya M. Hill. Two Months prior Jakia Carroll reported Timothy Armstead to Federal and Local Agencies concerning her Daughter Shanya M. Hill.
Jakia Carroll found out about Shanya soliciting 1/5/2014 and reported this to the local and federal agencies. The Mother reporting the sexual abuse and soliciting of her daughter implemented Federal Probation Officer Barry Raymond Violating Jakia Carroll 2/19/2014. The Mother fighting for her daughter throughout the year landed her a second violation by federal probation officer Barry Raymond.
