The Courses taken is for courses during my degree program and courses I feel is necessary to continue to develop such as communication skills in business. A professional is a person that communicate using professional business ethics, while dismissing personal feelings. Many of the people that seek higher education do not see the value in training to support specific career agendas. As a business professional it is valuable to understand the challenges that is faced in the work place and how to deal with these challenges. The courses provide interactive issues and matters with details on how each decision is inadequate or accurate. Business Ethics and Policies is important to long term business goals. Building Business Environments that thrive and supporting the people you manage and work with is a quality. Failing at this in person is much harder than on the computer, firsthand knowledge of both.
