Prince William County Valerie Wenhold become involved with the Family when Mother Jakia Carroll report Timothy Armstead to Prince William County Child Protective Services for not taking care of Shanya M. Hill well-being and her not attending school in the care of Timothy Armstead since 5/12/2014. Valerie Wenhhold contacted Mother Jakia Carrolla after contacting Timothy Armstead, Tania "Nia Von Tease" Carroll, Tyeesha Carroll, and Ieesha Carroll. Valerie Wenhold felt like Shanya being in the care of Timothy Armstead and her Aunts was best for Shanya because of the difficult relationship between Mother Jakia Carroll and Shanya M. Hill. When Mother Jakia Carroll asked what difficulties between her child, the social worker claimed that the Mother and daughter did not get along. Shanya is a wonderful child and faced difficulties due to severe trauma in the grandparents home and did well after being with her Mother from 11/19/2009 - 12/13/2012 Federal Agent MacBribe Federal Drug Indictment "Mother failure to Register". This is when the Mother Jakia Carroll began to look at her relatives differently. The Federal Agents and local police assisting in the crimes done using all three branches and all agencies to commit crimes on the citizens to protect and serve America.

The District of Columbia DC Council, DC Superior Courts, US Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, US Social Security Administration, US Education Department, The US Internal Revenue Services, with Full US Attorney General Assistance to falsify the Records for Shanya and Kemontay as follow by Prince William County VA and District of Columbia. The Attorney Generals can provide any documents as official documents to the courts in reference to any other agency and it is considered official records of facts.

The Allegations is against the Mother Jakia Carroll, over a year after Shanya call PWC Police and Runaway to family, when Mother caught her soliciting on phone at age fourteen. Shanya spoke with Prince William County Police Officer Mr. White alone to interview the child to determine abuse. Shanya told the PWC VA Police Officer she did not get beatings often and was punished for six months for soliciting on her phone. Shanya returned to her Mother home for her baby brother 2nd Birthday May 13, 2014

There is no relative, informant, government agency, or citizen that is legit will claim that Shanya and Mother Jakia Carroll had difficulties. The sexual abuse involved the relatives and is reported in Shanya M. Hill Medical Records by Mother Jakia Carroll to Dr. Sunday Uchella in 2010 with Mother was released the second time for the 2002 case. This is not part time or when I feel like doing for my daughter. This is everyday and all day fully taking care of a child while I am homeless or not without missing anything or dropping the ball on anything. Shanya M. Hill and Kemontay Carroll is with their Mother at all times accept when their Mother is serving time for the 2002 case. It is a norm to serve time on the same case for two decades while the federal and local agencies collaborate to create a criminal history with informants with criminal histories for the past three decades and ongoing with no consequence. All to protect and serve the people of The United States of America. I can't imagine what bad people look like cause these good people is something else.

Shanya has been in the care of Timothy Armstead from 2002 - 2014 and Shanya is just reunited with her Mother and Her Mother Sexually Abuse Her.

The reason Valerie Wenhold needed to say Shanya was not to with her Mother Jakia Carroll prior to the allegations? It would make more sense for the Mother to sexually abuse the child alone in their own residence than in front of the entire family and all the children as well.

When You Get Comfortable Committing Crimes through the Federal and Local Government, Anything goes and the lives of millions of people is loss to the sickness of mankind. These is good and decent people that do not have to show or provide any official evidence because all the adjoining agencies assist in doing this to assist in the crimes. The key to the federal and local agencies being able to do this is by using the families and communities to assist with falsifying official records.
