Mother Jakia Carroll reached out for legal Services 11/21/2017 in District of Columbia while living in Domestic Violence Shelter. The Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless PPA Group is one of the volunteer groups that the Mother Jakia Carroll supported. The Washington Legal Clinic legal team requested Mother Jakia Carroll bank statements to assist the Mother with getting financial assistance in The District of Columbia. The Family benefits was cut off by The US Department of Health and Human Services in Retaliation as seen in The Commonwealth of Virginia with denying Kemontay Medical Insurance while child is homeless and disabled. This is later used in the DC Superior Courts By Attorney General Kaitlin Rancier to show the Mother Jakia Carroll neglected Kemontay Carroll Medical. The Informant Friends sent messages telling me to call The Washington Legal Clinic. I would laugh if this was not so severe and detrimental to humanity.
