A Serial Rapist and Predator with just a Juvenile Record for a couple children's fights is not enough. The Mother is a serial rapist and predator with no criminal history or sexual dviant behaviors and this is all done legally on Jakia Carroll background to prevent her from working while the federal and local agencies deny the Mother basic needs and human rights for two decades in VA and one year in the District of Columbia using the Black Lives Matter Platform under Mayor Bowser along with Jewel Stroman and April Goggans BLM Plafform. While these people falsify the 2002 case as a predator case the federal government create a false predator history while using the relatives and informants in DMV. The reason the relatives being informants is based on their own crimes not involving Jakia Carroll. The Federal Informants can not provide any legal or legit crimes with Jakia Carroll. The Informants was able to use the family dysfunctional norms to target the family as a whole. The death of Robyn Armstead and the Drug Addiction of Timothy Armstead was more than enough to destroy the family. The weird thing is the relatives want to be informants and target Jakia Carroll children and pretend it is not them and their is no family issue while the informants is claiming it is all the family and they are not involved as well. This is the same sentiment the FEDERAL EASTERN DIVISION AGENCY TOOK IN 2020 WHEN CONTACTED BY JAKIA CARROLL ABOUT THE PREDATOR FEDERAL HATE CRIME.
