Mother Jakia Carroll living throughout the DMV after released 11/19/2009 for PWC VA Probation Violation (NO CRIMINAL CHARGES) sentenced to two years and six months for a polygraph for 2002 case. The Commonwealth of Virginia denying the Mother Human Rights to Target Daughter Shanya M. Hill using the relatives. I had to fight for everything that I am able to accomplish due to discrimination and crimes done by the Federal and Local government agencies. This is not the roles nor moves of someone selling drugs nor committing crimes. This is how we are meant to fail in life.
