The Federal and local agencies as well as corporations and citizens is used to target Jakia Carroll and prey on Kemontay Carroll.

Kemontay Carroll was not enrolled in Noyes Elementary for the 2018 - 2019 year due to Mother Jakia Carroll taking on Homeschooling for the end of the 2017 - 2018 school year. The government made up the Education Neglect Case throughout the year that Kemontay Carroll is held in DC CFSA Custody.
DC Attorney General is Able to produce false documentation to create an education neglect case with the DC Superior Courts Assisting Along with Court Appointed Attorney. All the records in this case to support the federal government is falsified to assist Commonwealth of Virginia Former Senior Justice Millette Jr. and Former Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert in ensuring the illegal actions of the government in the serial rape case created in Prince William County by informants posing as a gang, dope boys, and street people. The informants used in Prince William County is the middle class black families in the communities to target the poor black families in the community. This support the Department of Justice in incarcerating millions of blacks and minorities throughout the United States daily. This is something that is going on that we are aware of in our families and communities all through the America.
