There is a severe conflict between the DC Superior Courts and The DC Appeal Courts. The DC Superior Courts claim their reason for not assisting the Mother Jakia Carroll is based on past criminal history. The DC Appeal Courts claim the DHS Red Team offered Services to the Family when the DHS Red Team is Guilty By DC Office of Administration Hearings Lawyers for Denying the Basic Needs and Human Rights of Jakia Carroll and Kemontay Carroll for over a year with a open DC CFSA case to target and harass the family. The crimes done is to target poor black children while falsifying a criminal background for Mother Jakia Carroll and targeting the Mother as a predator. This is the good and decent people of America which make me concerned about what the bad people in America is doing and what that may look like? When the Mother Jakia Carroll reported her concerns and the crimes being committed the DC MPD is used to prevent the Mother from filing legally against the agency, The Department of Behavioral Health is used to ensure a mental unstable history, The Department of Human Services Denying the family basic needs and human rights while committing criminal attacks is all the Mother mental unstable mind regardless of the Official documents, videos, case reports, recordings, and any evidence that show this to be false. The federal and government agencies is allowed to commit crimes on the poor blacks as long as the poor black families and communities go along with the crimes and these same people is protesting black lives matter. AGAIN, WHEN THE WHITE PEOPLE YOU BLACKS KEEP GETTING UPSET WITH FOR TELLING THE TRUTH. THEY KEEP SAYING, "BLACK PEOPLE DON'T CARE WHEN BLACKS DO IT TO BLACKS". THIS IS TRUE, TRUE TRUE FROM THE GUTTER TO THE WHITE HOUSE. These is all blacks committing the crimes on the frontline but the legal crimes is done by all whites with no affiliations to these poor and ghetto black hood saviors targeting black poor children and families. This the 2020 Gang Gang Shit trending with informants/dope boys using federal resources to ensure the federal agents and local authorities control the crimes and gangs in the streets by legally removing all that do not work for federal and local agencies. The key to the black communities is through the black churches.

The United States of America Federal Government includes the Legislation, Judicial, and Executive Branches. These three Branches is separate entities of whole unit. The Judicial Branch is delegated to Judges, Legislation delegated to Law Making, and the Executive Branch Delegated to law enforcement. These three branches work together to assist the adjoining and affiliated independent agencies in systematic hate crimes to target the poor minorities and black communities using the the black and minorities from the gutter to the White House.

The Federal and Local Agencies would not need to utilize so many agencies to falsify official records, deny due process, deny basic needs, and deny human rights. The impact is severe on the families, communities, and society as a whole due to the crimes that is initiated and implemented in systematic structured practices to target the poor sexually, mentally, and physically. The impact of the lack of mental of awareness allow the people to adapt false irrational beliefs due to dysfunctional trends produced through global mass media. The good decent people against bullying, rape, molestation, abuse, and criminal behaviors that target humanity is the same people committing crimes to target the citizens. The good and decent people is the Federal and Local Government and their affiliates and independent agencies. These agencies is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of humanity in the World based on the high ethics and moral that govern Americans. Due to the government affiliation, the laws provide these good and decent people to be above the laws that is used to govern the people by allowing government affiliation to allow criminal acts on the people because this is what has always been done to the poor and minorities in America and throughout the World.

As A UNITED STATES CITIZEN OR OFFICIAL, YOU MUST "BLOW THE WHISTLE ON GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION" WHICH IS DONE BY THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT WHICH IS THE SAME PEOPLE HOLDING THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CRIMES THEY COMMIT ON THE CITIZENS OF AMERICA AND IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES...

There is a severe need for common sense, reasoning, and logic that is lost due to the lack of mental awareness of the people that is bred in dysfunctional norms and faced with severe abuse done in hatred. The poor children that is forced to endure sexual, mental, and physical abuse at the hands of Good and Decent Predators allowed to rape and rob innocent lives and children based on affiliation to the government. The use of federal informants in the communities to commit crimes and target black and minority families and children to support the same Hatred from the beginning of the birth of America. The black people birthed in self-hatred to hate self and resent their own people that is controlled and accepting of centuries of hatred forgetting Grandma is born in 1940 still here to know the true nature of white hatred and to fear the white man and go along with what Master say while hating and loving him all at the same time... 1959 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was Killed for the Civil Rights so we are clearly not a people of knowledge or education to not understand this is the generations of our grandparents and parents that guide us today to continue the same cycle of no hope in the Name of God. Jakia Carroll born in 1981 to face a generation of false hope of overcoming the odds and through a lifetime of forced hardship just to pretend not to be a slave.

In all due honesty, God has blessed me to recall from a early age and understand how we are forced into the poverty and perversion of our Good and Decent people in order to continue the same hatred. The lives of families and children disregarded by the millions each year to prey on billions of children throughout the world.
