Mrs. Wright withheld Kemontay Carroll SSI Benefits while Mother Jakia Carroll paid $845 a month to support child early education age three and four while Mother worked to pay for child education and to keep family stable. While PWC DSS, CPS, Police, Federal Agent MacBribe target Mother as a Predator while soliciting Shanya M. Hill in PWC VA using VA Attorney General and PWC Judicial Courts to falsify a neglect case on Mother Jakia Carroll after giving legal and physical custody to Timothy Armstead and denied Mother Jakia Carroll all legal due process to assist in the child abuse. The US SSA is used to ensure the family is in a hardship while DC Superior Court Judge claim there is no financial hardship with DC DHS denying the basic needs and human rights (denied financial and SNAP Assistance) while homeless. Mrs. Wright Completed payments for Kemontay Carroll 1/25/2018 and sent DC a new application for Kemontay Disability benefits. DC claiming child is not disabled on 5/8/2018 and child is disabled after being removed from Mother in DC CFSA custody. The release of finances would have kept the family from being homeless and this was the goal to target the children sexually while targeting Mother Jakia Carroll as a Predator. The Federal Government used SSA, DHS, Law Enforcement, and other agencies knowingly from Virginia to District of Columbia
