Released from Prison FCCW to PWC Woodbridge Homeless denied homeless services or any resources to become stable. The Mother Jakia Carroll incarcerated August 21, 2007 for Violation of Probation by Kathleen Hedges for Refusing A Polygraph for 2002 case ( Mother was denied polygraph 4/6/2002 by PWC VA Police, later denied by Former Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert and Former Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr (PWC Circuit Court Judge Millette Jr. 2002). PWC Judicial Courts protected Mother Rights with Daughter Shanya M. Hill based on testimony and requests by PWC Department of Social Services Caseworker Chana Feldman.
During second incarceration Mother Jakia Carroll had to drop,out of College. Kathleen Hedges Testified before PWC VA Circuit Courts, telling the Courts Mother Jakia Carroll was not a College student just taking a course online. The Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert, Virginia Attorney General, PWC Police, and Eastern Division Federal Agents. PWC DSS, PWC Penn Elementary School, and the black community. Andre Hines play a major role in the crimes done by federal and local agencies and involved directly with Shanya and relatives soliciting in PWC and surrounding areas. I wanted to believe and live a lie too so I truly understand why and how we fall as people. There is no reason or excuse feasible for the targeting and sexual abuse to children. There is strong disregard for morale and character, just images and facades. The crimes done was filed by Mother Jakia Carroll on all agencies and employees and the government used more resources knowingly to target Kemontay Carroll. The black community assisting with relatives and informants or scared of retaliation for speaking out.
There is no mental health used in 2002 case to assist teenage MOTHER, HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT, AND CRIMINAL.
