March 19, 2019 DC CFSA worker Stephanie Squires text Mother Jakia Carroll this message to notify the Mother that her child has been injured days previous in DC CFSA custody which the DC Attorney General Kiatlin Rancier and DC GAL Benjamin along with DC Superior Courts felt it is not child abuse for Foster Parent Terrance Callhaun to physically abuse the child which Kemontay told his Mother Jakia Carroll and Great Grandma Eleanor Armstead on April 15, 2019. The day of this visit on March 19, 2019 DC CFSA worker and Therapist assisted the child in creating a lie for his Mother and Grandmother until the abuse continued and was getting worse. The abuse went on for a year until Kemontay Carroll threatened suicide in March 7, 2020 and his Mother was denied to see the child in the hospital due to her 2002 case and now in 2020 the Mother is a predator based on 2002 case with Commonwealth Former Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Former Prosecutor Paul Ebert. These is all black people targeting and abusing black people for white people which is the key to assisting and collaborating the agencies.
The Federal Agencies is able to falsify a criminal history in one year that make the Mother Jakia Carroll a danger to her son for a case that is two decades old and the federal government has arrested Ms. Carroll three times on the same case by using the informants and relatives in Prince William County Virginia. The Mother Jakia Carroll is denied basic needs and human rights to target the children sexually and create a false predator case. This is the Black Lives Matter Platform in DMV and the Good and Decent People in the Community with affiliations to the government including federal and local informants, advocates, and poor and homeless people.
District of Columbia MPD told Mother Jakia Carroll that the Police do not have the right to file a police report on DC CFSA for abuse. The Mother is given DC CFSA Budsman contact information while the agency continue to abuse the child while claiming the child is in danger of his Mother based on The Department of Human Services and DC Child and Family Services open Education Neglect case from 1/27/2018 - the removal of the child on 3/12/2019 and Permenant Custody 3/15/2019 due to Mother being homeless, mentally incapable of taking care of the child including neglecting his education which is above DC Grade average. Kemontay in third grade in DC CFSA custody (The Child is NOT BEHIND in his grade after being denied the first year of school due to hate crime to target him and his mother) and public schools Kemontay is unable to spell basic Kindergarten words or write sentences when this is a child that was seen as a genius in the family shelter and in the community.
The District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency claimed that the reason for removal is due to the safety of the child when there is nothing for any of the federal or local government agencies employees could assist the family with due to the past 2002 case which is the reason the family is denied medical insurance, child denied education, disability treatment/benefits, Mother SSI decreased for over $100 a month from 6/1/2017 - 7/1/2019, and the family is denied and targeted by the federal government is because these is good and decent people here to protect and serve by ensuring that crimes is done by the citizens to the poor black and minority citizens is an acceptable norm.
The Department of Human Services, DC Child and Family Services Agency, The United States Department of Health and Human Services, DC Council, The Office of Human Rights, and several other agencies including the federal law enforcement, DC Attorney General, DC Superior Courts, and so on PROVE THE LAWS CREATED IS TO ENSLAVE AND TARGET POOR MINORITIES BECAUSE THESE SAME LAWS IS INVALID FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND AFFILIATES. THE SAME GOVERNMENT AND OFFICIALS CREATE THE LAWS, GOVERN THE LAWS, AND HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE BY TELLING HOW EACH OTHER IS USING THEIR AUTHORITY TO TARGET POOR MINORITIES IN HATE CRIMES SYSTEMATIC. WHEN ANYONE SHOW AND TELL THE CRIMES DONE THEY ARE MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND THE FEDERAL AND LOCAL AGENCIES ALONG WITH AFFILIATES CONTINUE PREYING ON FAMILIES AND CHILDREN DENYING BASIC NEEDS AND HUMAN RIGHTS...
