3/11/2019 DHS Red Team Meeting to Target the Family
A collaboration of agencies denying services and resources to assist the family. The DC DHS contacted CFSA on Jakia Carroll to open Education Neglect Case 1/27/2018 after the family become eligible for homeless services 1/12/2018. The family is left outside in below zero weather in DC because they did not qualify for homeless services when relocated to another jurisdiction by another jurisdiction agency that is committing the same crimes that targeted another child and this is not a ring. This is all done out in the open and the government just say your mentally unstable. There is no evidence for decades of crimes that make no sense and all blacks assisting in these crimes which deny blacks and minorities life and liberty.
"Parchella Brooks the witness in education neglect and mother being mentally incapable of caring for child is stating how the Mother do not bother anyone and stay to herself in this meeting, yet The Department of Human Services is attacking the Mother and denying her services and resources. This is the lack of mental awareness of the people. Now, if this Mother was mentally unstable and killed the staff and residence for the attack on her the government can commit these crimes using blacks, and it is Black on Black Crimes
10/31/2018 The DC DHS Staff used Security to attack and injure Mother in front of families and children all screaming at them to stop attacking Jakia Carroll. After the attack they terminated Jakia Carroll and wanted her to just go where they send her trusting them as good and decent people while they are openly committing attacks with the full support of MPD and DC Council with the DMV Black Lives Matter Platform. There is no one fighting for any justice or rights from any of these organizations because you can not target and help the people at the same time. The things done to destroy the character and spirit of a person that is not messed up to mess them up because you want to help them. This is the reality of our lives in America and we are the key in our own demise.

This is done through the federal and local agencies using citizens which you call a public hate crime. How do these same people prevent this from happening while doing this to the citizens knowingly and the Black Communities all down until you harm someone they like or know and then they are upset and Black Lives Matter, I Cant Breathe, Stop Injustice... How do this make sense? There is a lack of mental awareness which is forced by the reality shifting and crimes that we assist in while pretending to be good and decent people. These is not the actions of people of high standards, character, or morale because they are not telling the truth which is a crime. This is not a crime because this is what the federal government for Commonwealth of Virginia Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Commonwealth Prosecutors Paul Ebert want to be done to assist their personal agendas and careers. The blacks from your street/dope boys/gangs to the top is all for targeting blacks using the system in illegal ways legally which means all three branches is linked in this and Trump is the only Monster in the World all these other people is so different from him! Trump revealed the federal government for who and what they really stand for and that is what made him a threat, they are not against what he is doing or would have done, it is the method he was using that did not work for them. The facades and images is make us believe we are free and have rights when we do not at all and the laws is bogus along with the good and decent people doing evil.
