Through all the so called family issues the children threat and danger is due to the government agencies targeting Jakia Carroll and ensuring the child is in harm way of sexual, physical, and mental abuse. PWC VA education, medical, and DSS records provide the agency with adequate information of the family history which PWC VA DSS/CPS falsified in the neglect and abuse case in PWC Judicial Courts to assist in the sexual abuse of Shanya M. Hill. The medical records from PWC VA Pediatrician denied by DC Attorney General and all official records later changed in The District of Columbia to support crimes while denying the family life and liberty. VA and DC Attorney General is able to provide official records of falsified employment history (IRS). This is very severe and fatal to Jakia Carroll career and business growth while dealing with discrimination and a hate crime to target the Mother as a predator to assist in the sexual, physical, and mental abuse of children. "Mandatory Reporters" The Government is able to create false history of Mother and use this to harm the children with a fatal and permanent impact to damage Jakia Carroll legally, personally, financially, and deny all life and liberty while doing so based on the 2002 case for over two decades to protect and serve, WHO? This is based on the criminal history of PWC VA Federal Informants/Civilian Police assisting Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Commonwealth Prosecutor in targeting Jakia Carroll based on what legal grounds when the initial case is falsified and denied all legal and human rights to Jakia Carroll, Leontay Carroll, and MuShundy Ellison while these same people use the case as a predator case now. These people using the case from the informants to relatives have one thing in common and that is preying on children. Again, WHO is being Protected and WHO is Being Served? There is no where in Jakia Carroll medical history that show any of the diagnoses that is falsified by Hillcrest Family Center to support The Department of Human Services Verbatim Diagnoses based on PWC VA Informants Demetrius Perkins, Andre Hines, Tania Carroll, Tyeesha Carroll, and Ieesha Carroll to the public July 27, 2017 while coming out with Shanya M. Hill claiming that Jakia Carroll molested the child and went to prison. Eastern VA Federal Agents and PWC VA Police said that this is not illegal and is not a crime and DC MPD documented the Mother as a predator and mentally unstable, all based on 2002 case.
