2/7/2017 PWC VA CPS Shanya M. Hill

Prince William County Department of Social Services and Child Protective Agency along with Prince William County Police and any federal or local agency needed is in place to sexually abuse Shanya M. Hill and at the Same Time Create A Public Hate Crime to target Jakia Carroll as a child molester using 2002 case. Jakia Carroll do not have any criminal convictions as an adult prior or after the 2002 case. This is the United States of America Way of Protecting and Serving their own personal needs. Prince William County Federal and Local Agencies using federal informants to prey on my children while targeting Jakia Carroll as a Predator to create a false criminal history with the Good and Decent People. I just want my son to know the truth. We just don't matter and this is a norm for the good and decent people. That is why the world is in such chaos and destruction. The further up the sicker and mentally demented the people get in a delusion of images and facades. Preying on children is the Federal and Local Government thing and many of the Good and Decent People too! No federal investigations and thousands of children just vanish and we all pretend to not know while we assist or just go along.
