Jakia Carroll released 11/19/2009 from FCCW Prison to PWC VA Homeless and Denied all resources and services through Prince William County Department of Social Services that would assist in stabalizing the family. Jakia Carroll released from two year six month sentence for refusing a polygraph for 2002 case in 2007. PWC VA used Jakia Carroll Juvenile record for the 2002 case and did not have a criminal history to show for the Serial Rapist case by Former Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert and Former Commonwealth of Virginia Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. The Virginia Eastern Division Federal Agents (MacBribe) utilize federal and local informants along with local and federal agents. The Federal Agents and Local agencies began targeting Jakia Carroll as a predator on her job when Jakia Carroll would not entertain manager sexually. 2/15/2011 Jakia Carroll 2002 case is used to target Jakia Carroll as a predator.
