Commonwealth of Virginia Federal and Local agencies assisted directly with the molestation and soliciting of Shanya M. Hill in Prince William County Virginia. The Mother Jakia Carroll denied all human rights while all three branches of the government is used to target the Mother Jakia Carroll as a Predator and Prey on Children sexually. When the Mother reported the crimes in The American Due Process the Government Agencies is allowed to commit more crimes against the family by just saying the Mother is mentally unstable. The severity of what is done is meant to take the Mother Jakia Carroll life. Just want her son to know the truth why they are not together and why she is not here with him. There is no way to do this any longer and there is no laws or care for humanity.

I was not aware of the nature of the family "NightLife" until this time. I found it weird and sick to involve this type of lifestyle in our family day to day life. This lifestyle was taking over all of the young children I once considered my own and assisted in raising day to day prior to 2002 incarceration. My Sister Tania Carroll-Majors "Nia Von Tease" is good at what she do in the stripping industry but do not have professional and personal boundaries. The night life was shared with all the family and friends, involving the young teenagers and children in the stripper lifestyle. Being ignorant to what was going on with Tania Carroll-Majors "Nia Von Tease" and her being Pimped by her Baby Father Demetrius Perkins was all new to me until March of 2012 when Demetrius Perkins in Indicted for Drugs and Tania Carroll-Majors post the Drug Indictment on Facebook. The family will claim there was some type of family issues that lead to them assisting informants and molesting Shanya M. Hill with the local and federal agencies assisting the relatives in soliciting the child and claiming it is not illegal and falsifying legal official documents to continue the sexual trafficking of children in America. PWC VA Department of Social Services and Child and Family Protective Services felt that Shanya M. Hill was better with the relatives knowing that the child was being molested by adults and solicited in PWC VA. This was done with the federal informants and federal government direct assistance to target Mother Jakia Carroll as a child predator and to use false allegations to target Kemontay Carroll in the District of Columbia on false "Education Neglect" Case. The PWC VA Department of Social Services directly involved with the sexual abuse and soliciting of Shanya M. Hill along with PWC VA Police, Alexandria Federal Agents, PWC VA Attorney General, PWC Va Judicial Courts, and PWC VA Public Schools. PWC VA Department of Child and Family Services Valerie Wenhold assisted the family with taking custody of Shanya M. Hill in 2014 and denied all the Mother Jakia Carroll allegations of abuse concerning Shanya M. Hill July 7, 2014. PWC Court Records by Valerie Wenhold claim that Shanya M. Hill was with her Grandparents until the age of thirteen years old. Shanya is only eleven years old in this picture and was only living at her grandparents home while her mother found a place for them to live together. Jakia Carroll was released from prison 11/19/2009 homeless and denied all resources and services for assistance to target Shanya M. Hill through the family and Informant friends. The PWC VA Court Report will show how the PWC VA CPS worker Valerie Wenhold falsified the family background to target the Mother and to assist in the abuse of Shanya M. Hill. PWC VA Judicial Courts and all adjoining parties in the matter concerning Shanya ignored the laws and committed crimes to harm the child and use the child in a Public Hate Crime to assist Federal Government in 2002 Falsified Case.
Jakia Carroll fell out with Sisters about involving her daughter Shanya and the children in the adult lifestyle by making pole practice a family activity with the children from toddlers to Shanya age ten the oldest child involved... Jakia Carroll Sister Tania Michea Carroll-Majors "Nia Von Tease" created Shanya M. Hill Social Media Accounts and the posts was not appropriate for a ten year old child. This when the Mother Jakia Carroll became concerned with her sisters and the way that they were living their lifestyles with the children. The reason why the family issues is so public is because the informants is controlling the relatives prior to the relatives knowing they were being used. The relatives have no choice in 2021 after all crimes is committed with the federal and local agencies and the informants.
Federal and Local Government Agencies in Prince William County directly targeted Shanya M. Hill by using the relatives. The informants Demetrius Perkins, Andre Hines, Christopher Stanley and K Town Squad is all about sexually preying on Shanya M. Hill. Throughout the years of the relatives dysfunctional norms Mother Jakia Carroll is telling the relatives this goes beyond a family issue to legal issues. The well being of the family children is in danger based on the lives of the siblings with the informants. Although, the family is working with the informants the family continue to do worse while building street credit for the same people using the government agencies to target them. The psychological trauma is severe for a healthy person and is devastating to a person with mental health issues. The trauma will create triggers and chaos the person to emotionally spiral down on a destructive crash. What people do is based on each person individually. Many do not make it through the mental turmoil of being targeted by their family, friends, and the general public. The goal is to kill you and that is the intentions of all the people involved in the crimes done. The odds of any person making it out of a lifetime of severe trauma and abuse is slim to none. My goal is not to shame or embarrass anyone, they do it a lot better on their own without my help. My goal is so my son know the truth. This is dozens of agencies and thousands of people working hard to commit these crimes and falsify the documents to ensure denying the Mother Jakia life and liberty.

Dysfunctional Norms is Fatal!
The Federal and local government agencies is adamant that Mother Jakia Carroll is mentally unstable and this is her reason for saying the things that she is saying and filing on the agencies for sexually targeting children. My son life is in danger and is with a serial predator and the government employee opinions with no evidence. The evidence is the person being affiliated with the federal and local government agencies, the Judicial System must support all opinions of the government while denying human rights to black citizens. This is the same thing done long before Jakia Carroll came to exist as a person with crimes done through American Systematic Hatred. The Psychological trauma and abuse that is a norm in day to day life become acceptable when these is crimes. The government utilized the relatives dysfunctional and criminal behaviors to use them to target each other to assist the government in denying their human rights as well as others. Anyone that stand for good and speak out against the hatred is considered mentally instable with no grounds or evidence of mental instability. The collaboration of agencies to create false and extensive backgrounds to target and prey on families is real. The key to implementing the crimes is done through the relatives and informant friends. The crimes is circulated through the DMV by the government agencies while the agencies collaborate and deny Jakia Carroll life and liberty.
In my mental unstable state of mind I realized this is a cycle to sexually exploit young girls and teenagers. You throw in Trends and you ensure your connected through the informants that provide information on the streets and who to bust that can be flipped and who to take out. Full government support to falsify and target Mother and children while illegally using mental health in District of Columbia based 9n last twenty years in VA. The federal government is one of the biggest predator rings. I DO NOT AGREE WITH NIA VON TEASE EXPLOITING OUR SISTERS AND EXTENDED SISTERS ( ALL MY BABIES). None of my relatives nor close friends lived my lifestyle and I kept all my children focused on education and character which is in the way for our black lives matter platform and Federal government.
While fighting in college full time, single Mother two children, and severe illegal issues with Commonwealth of Virginia. During all the crimes against Mother Jakia Carroll this did not stop the Mother from overcoming the odds. Three incarceration for 2002 case by federal and state before Mother Graduated with A.A in Business  July 23, 2014. Mother Jakia Carroll worked and volunteered to gain work experience, constantly doing programs and supporting children, chikdren in family, and chiodren 8n community.
