The Department of Human Services, The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness, DC MPD District 5, The Department of Behavioral Health, The Office of Administration Hearings, DC Office of Human Rights, DC Attorney General, DC Superior Courts, DC Child and Family Services, DC OSse, and all affiliated organizations affiliated assisted in targeting Mother Jakia Carroll as a Predator using homeless families and agencies while targeting child with federal and local agencies. The DC Superior Courts Education Neglect Case is Based on Federal Hate Crime while the Black Lives Matter Platform assist in targeting poor black children secually through legal government agencies. In 2021, You're telling me you believe that after the molestation and soliciting of Shanya M. Hill in Prince William County done by local and federal police informants and relatives is used a year later in DC to target Mother as a Predator while The Metropolitan Police Department create a predator history using William Henderson 10/112/2018 "Claiming Jakia Carroll attempted to molest his son". William Henderson was arrested for threats after he went around the DHS shelter using the 2002 case from PWC Va to convince the homeless families that Jakia Carroll is a predator that molested her daughter and went to prison. Jakia Carroll recorded Mr. Henderson telling how DC DHS was using him and other residence to kill Jakia Carroll for being a predator. The District 5 Police denied Jakia Carroll any information and all due process to assist the Department of Human Services agency in crimes against Ms. Carroll while agency target child. The District of Columbia all black agencies is able to target Kemontay in one year and build a false history for the child lifetime when The Commonwealth of Virginia using Blacks took two decades to create a false history to target Shanya M. Hill sexually. The Federal and local government agencies do not have to follow any laws and is allowed to commit sexual, physical, and mental crimes against families and children. When anyone report the agencies the federal and local agencies combine resources to target the families ensuring financial hardship using Federal and local Judges, Attorney Generals, Federal and Local Police, DC Council, and any other organizaion with no issues to target people and claim this is protecting children in danger. Since Kemontay is a child in danger the government has no grounds to support any of their allegations, not even education neglect which the due process by OSSE Stephanie Thomas is initiated by Lana Lopez and denied based on Lana Lopez asking Stephanie Thomas not to complete the Due Process for Education Neglect because DC CFSA is removing the child, this is the testimony of Stephnie Thomas to DC Superior Court Judge Matini July 7, 2019 which is not in the DC Education Neglect Facts. The severity and sickness of the Good and Decent People is real. The Federal and local government is going to enslave the poor blacks by using the poor blacks and the blacks in all agencies to assist in the crimes and this is all the mental instability of citizens that is not involved in crimes nor illegal actions. All of this done to assist two rich white men in The Commonwealth of Virginia Former Senior Justice Millette Jr. and Commonwealth Prosecutor Paul Ebert in a false 2002 case which is used to claim the molestation of daughter Shanya M. Hill. When the Mother speak or explain to any of the people or parties involved of the impact of the hate crime and the severity of the impaact on her children all of the people from DC Agencies ONLY recall Ms. Carroll claiming "The Government is out to get her". There is not one recording or video of Ms. Carroll using these words to describe any actions nor crimes happening. Ms. Carroll is clearly able to articulate with dates, times, people, events, and the impact on her life financially, personally, and legally which deny all of her human rights. The lack of mental health support is due to The Department of Behavioral Health Services being in place to target and discredit citizens by deeming them mentally unstable to assist the local and federal agencies. The Commonwealth of Virginia did not do this with ease due to the white people involved. The District of Columbia did this within a year with ease with no regard for the child or Mother life or well being and the blacks involved is the key. The racial hatred we face is very clear and this is modern day slavery. The blacks is the key to their own demise in self hatred and lack of mental awareness. The informants is the gang gang thing trending and these is the streets throughout America. The Federal Agents assist and deny Human Rights while A Mother is telling them and showing them the abuse done to her children. The VA DSS/CPS along with DC DHS?CFSA play and taunt the Mother with the abuse of her children while the informants, advocates, BLM Platform, Federal Agent MacBribe, Federal Barry Raymond, Former Senior Justice Supreme Millette Jr. and Former Prsecutor Paul Ebert get to use their federal government affilaitions and authority to commit crimes and the same organization investigate themselves and deem the citizens mentally unstable and the crimes continue on through several administrations and presidents growing and putting society in chaos. The Federal government and local agencies consider common sense, reason, and logic mental issues. While we are being attacked we are not allowed to have any feeling and if we get upset it is mental instability. This is a great effort to support the Mental Health issues in America and we claim not to know the real problem. The Federal and Local Government is the largest predator and criminal ring. Our lives don't matter and we do not count. Our children is here for your to prey on to for your perverse pleasures and you get to be good and decent with all rights to do as you please! This is centuries before my time and a very acceptable norm that is embedded in the fabric of our families, communities , and society. I just want us all to be on the same page about what we are and what we are doing to our children and future.
