Shanya M. Hill ran away for soliciting which the Mother Jakia Carroll is denied any assistance, basic needs, and human rights to prey on the children. Shanya is soliciting herself and Kemontay on her phone to other adults prior to running away. PWC Police Officer White spoke with Shanya M. Hill alone and the child verified she was not abused and was punished for the same thing for almost six months. There is no confusion about the Mother concern for her children and this is ignored by the same agencies that is removing and taking the children into care to protect the children from the Mother, based on 2002 Case? How does this make sense to anyone and this deny families all human rights to target children.
Mother Jakia Carroll left her parents residence after this incident and the family is living in a hotel while Jakia Carroll is denied assistance from Federal and Local Probation Office. The Commonwealth of Virginia Prince William County Child Protective Services Valerie Wenhold get involved 6/3/2014 when Mother Jakia Carroll file a CPS complaint against Timothy Armstead for Shanya M. Hill well-being. Valerie Wenhold spoke with Tania "Nia Von Tease" Carroll, Tyeesha Carroll, and Ieesha Carroll and felt that Shanya is in better care with the relatives. Shanya is not going to school and is soliciting herself to adults with the relatives and friends which CPS worker Valerie Wenhold state in official court records while keeping the child with the family and friends.

On May 5, 2014 Shanya called the Police at 4717 Kellogg Dr. which is not the residence of my parents home. This is the residence that all the police below is contacted at by Jakia Carroll. The PWC VA Police Department falsified official records of Mother reporting sexual abuse a year earlier to claim the child is sexually abused at a location the family is not living at in the Month of March, no details to such a severe crime. After, the Mother molested the child in March 2014 living in the family home... All three branches of the federal government to falsify sexual crimes on children and deny Mother Due Process to target the Mother Jakia Carroll as a Predator using 2002 case. When the Mother Jakia Carroll told the agencies exactly what they were doing they claiming the Mother is mentally unstable...
Shanya is living with her Mother all of these years at parents home, in their own place, or with other family and the Mother Jakia Carroll do not molest the child until released from federal custody 10/26/2013 on Federal and State Probation fighting for her daughter while molesting her at parents home with entire family involved and this is the same family that is documented to be involved in the sexual soliciting of the child based on Valerie Wenhold Official Court Report. Regardless of the Molestation by the family the CPS agency want to return the child to the family including the Mother while using this in the public for the 2002 case as the informants, relatives, and Shanya claimed on July 27, 2017... This make sense to you as the legal system cause this sound like some ghetto street mess done by people with authority and connections.
"Valerie Wenhold Official Court Report state that Shanya is with her Grandparents until the age of thirteen. Shanya is thirteen years old 12/13/2012 (when Mother is incarcerated for a Drug Indictment that is used as "Failure to Register". All legally done by denying legal representation). The Department of Social Services falsified all of the family background to prey on the child, then relocated the family to DC where they used the same agencies in another jurisdiction to do the same exact things.
