Mother Jakia Carroll and Son Kemontay Carroll was removed from Prince William County, VA Housing Waitlist by Woodbridge DSS and CPS workers, after filing on agencies and police for solicitinting and molesting daughter Shanya M. Hill. The Commonwealth of Virignia and DMV resources and collabprations through our families and communities to establish a false official history to support the 2002 case in PWC VA.
