When Mother Jakia Carroll kept explaining the danger and risk to her children lives based on the agencies using this case to harm her daughter Shanya M. Hill this is when The Department of Human Services is creating so much chaos in the shelter the Mother documented all of this and went to The Office of Administration Hearings and begged them to please accept over 276 pages of what was happening to the family under The Department of Human Services Agency. These people all know the child and know that the only threat to Shanya M. Hill and Kemontay Carroll is done by the Federal and Local Agencies using the black communities by supporting their dreams. This is long before my time and will continue on raping and robbing the lives of children while we pretend not to know. The Evidence is based on the same agencies committing crimes with ease while the Federal Official Assist from Judges, Attorney Generals, Federal Law Enforcement, DC Council, Governors, and so on with no regard to life or humanity. This is what good and decent people is doing , so please tell me what the bad people is doing?
