No one knows or understands that this one case is used to create a criminal history because Mother Jakia Carroll does not have any convictions besides this case. There is no criminal conviction before or after the 2002 case, yet the only incarcerations are directly related to the 2002 case for over two decades using all three branches in different jurisdictions under federal and local agencies. These are the things done for the good of people to help humanity.
The 2002 case does not explain the charges and Mother Jakia Carroll did not know the case until in prison, in 2004 filing with the Virginia Court of Appeals. The case is one case split into three cases providing no legal knowledge of the case during the case and using the defendants and street images to support feds and local agencies in creating a criminal history using the case to prey on Jakia Carroll's children. These are norms of black families and communities in good and decent images, God-fearing images, street images, leaders/advocates, and so on.
