Mother Jakia Carroll reaching out to local authorities on behalf of Shanya M. Hill soliciting in PWC VA and told by PWC Police that Shanya was allowed to solicit self and other children. 6/3/2015 Shanya is living in home of DSS worker Rhonda Brundage claiming Mother molested her. Prince William County Department of Social Services worker Rhonda Brundage claim Shanya M. Hill told her she was Molested by her Mother Jakia Carroll March 2014 at parents residence. The Prince William Police Department Officer Mr. White/ Mrs. White both came to residence May 5, 2014 and spoke with Shanya M. Hill alone to question child about abuse from Mother. Shanya did not claim to be physically, mentally, or sexually abused. Shanya also told the officer that she had been punished for over six months for soliciting on her phone and did not want to get her butt beat. The Officers concluded that Shanya was a spoiled child and was over privileged due to her Mother taking care of her well. A year later the same agencies claim sexual abuse of the child while denying the Mother help in assisting the child. There is no mistake or accident to the crimes committed and the use of the federal and local government resources to harm people which is an ongoing norm. This will be used in a Hate Crime to target Kemontay in the District of Columbia out in the open while the Federal Government Illegally use the 2002 case to Target Mother and Children and relatives, informants and black communities assist in the crimes knowingly.
