Mother Jakia Carroll and Son Kemontay Carroll is denied homeless eligibility after being sent to the District of Columbia for Housing. When Mother Jakia Carroll file this with the appropriate agencies the local and federal government began to claim the Mother is mentally unstable based on none of this actually happening. The Department of Human Services is targeting the Mother using government resources and the homeless families while assisting DC CFSA in targeting Kemontay Carroll based on Education Neglect which is filed a month later by DC DHS 1/27/2018 after family is eligible for homeless services 1/12/2018. The Department of Human Services commit crimes targeting the family which The Metropolitan Police Departments is used to deny due legal process with criminal reports. The District of Columbia is denying assisting the family while doing a hate crime, while deeming the Mother Mentally Unstable based on the crimes committed by the government against the children to target the children. We all believe that The Commonwealth of Virginia and The District of Columbia is doing all of this to help the children that they are harming which is all legal and done by using blacks and minorities in the communities to assist in White Hatred. The DC Education Neglect Case is set up by DC DHS and DC CFSA which DC OSSE Stephanie Thomas testified to before Judge Matini, who went on record to say it is a norm for The District of Columbia Government to Stop Due Process when a child is in danger. What is Kemontay in danger of with his Mother? This is the true nature of humanity and what we stand for as Americans. This is protecting and serving the people.

DC Superior Courts "No Financial Hardship" Homeless Family Denied Basic Needs and Human Rights while living in DC General Shelter" This is not a financial hardship and being poor and living in a poor area has nothing to do with the poor quality of education and lack of concern for the children well-being.

10/12/2017 Old Bridge Elementary Unenrolled Kemontay from school and the child is denied Public School Education until 2/15/2018 when Mother Jakia Carroll enrolled child at Langdon Elementary School. Mother removed Kemontay from school April 4, 2018 and is denied unenrollment until 4/17/2018 when Mother enroll child at Nosey Elementary School and in June 8, 2018 unenrolled child from school to do homeschool. As you can see by the records from The Commonwealth of Virginia the Mother do not wait to the last minute to make irresponsible decisions. The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Social Services and The District of Columbia Department of Human Services kept the crimes from The Commonwealth of Virginia going in another Jurisdiction using the 2002 case to target the Mother as a Predator claiming Mother molested daughter Shanya M. Hill March 2014...

Mother Jakia Carroll denied all due process, basic needs, and human rights while Mother is fighting to protect Shanya from being molested and soliciting in PWC VA which Police claim is not illegal for Shanya to do to self or other children.

"This is a predator Mother Molesting her daughter and fighting all agencies for the child at the same time while the agencies assist in the direct molestation and soliciting of the child and use The District of Columbia to target Kemontay and We all believe that they're good and decent people looking out for the children well-being? Do this really make sense to you or is there a severe lack of mental awareness?
