6/20/2017 Disabled Child Denied Medical Insurance

The United States Department of Health and Human Services Agency illegally denied five year old Kemontay Medical Insruance for a year which Mother Jakia Carroll filed with OCR and OHR while the fderal and local agencies continued to attack and target the Mother claiming she is severely mentally unstalbe and unable to communicate and function from day to day without help and is a danger to her child based on 2002 case which is reason for removal and adoption of the child and all the crimes committed against the family. When the Mother Jakia Carroll explained this to the federal and local agencies of the threat to her children she became menally instable and denying the required medication in DC 3/15/2019 The Department of Behavioral Health ACT Team.
