Prince William County Woodbridge Department of Social Services, Northern Virginia Family Services, along with Federal Agent MacBribe, Federal Probation Officer Barry Raymond, PWC VA Police, and other agencies worked together to target Kemontay Carroll. The family was evicted from Timothy Armstead home 2/11/2017 and while the Mother reached out denied housing, denied employment, and denied human rights based on two rich white men targeting black children and families through the Justice system for over five decades. All of these crimes is done to cover up the false conviction on 2002 Case.
