The relatives thought that they could do anything to Jakia Carroll and her children and she would allow it due to this being a family norm throughout Jakia Carroll life. The fact that this do not define nor hold Jakia Carroll back offend the good and decent people. The crimes committed is directly implemented by the federal and local government agencies for over two decades. The federal and local agencies began targeting Jakia Carroll as a child using the system and this continued with the Mother not having any criminal convictions prior or after the 2002 case in Prince William County Virginia. The relatives and informants plan to set Jakia Carroll up began in 2002 with a Drug Indictment that lead to serial rapist which now is a predator case.
The goal is my life and at this point I am all in for the final ride. I do not want to live as a slave forced into poverty with no human rights to be targeted for crimes I never committed nor been legally charged or convicted of in any US Courts. The backgrounds and crimes is made up through Virginia and The District of Columbia local and federal low enforcement.
