The Commonwealth of Virginia Judicial Circuit Court Judge Millette Jr., Prosecutor Paul Ebert, and Commonwealth of Virginia Attorney General created a high profile case officially on record stating Mother Jakia Carroll as a serial rapist. The case is then used during incarceration at Fluvanna Women's Correctional Center in Troy, VA as a child molestation case. The case will be used by the street/gang/drug dealers/upstanding citizens as a predator case.
