10/12/2018 Department of Human Services Quality Inn Shelter using Homeless Families to commit crimes against Jakia Carroll while targeting Jakia Carroll as a predator using 2002 case to claim that Jakia Carroll molested Shanya M. Hill. 
Mother Jakia Carroll recorded William Henderson telling Jakia Carroll how DHS staff, security, and residence was going to kill her. Mr. Henderson spoke on the attempts made by his friend Martin Winchester III room 402 in shelter (single father with a son). Mr. Henderson and Jasmine Smith was going through the shelter showing the families the DC Sex Offense Registry claiming Mother Jakia Carroll molested daughter Shanya M. Hill. Jakia Carroll called MPD and allowed the Officers to hear the recordings and Mr. Henderson was arrested. Before Mr. Henderson was arrested Mr. Henderson told his son to say that Ms. Carroll tried to molest him DC District 5 MPD DENIED JAKIA CARROLL ALL DUE PROCESS WHILE PLACING MOLESTATION CHARGES A SECOND TIME ON MS. CARROLL BACKGROUND.
March 15, 2020 Mother Jakia Carroll become a predator and danger to her son based on the accusations done by The Department of Social Services in Prince William County to create a criminal sexual history. PWC VA Courts had to use Jakia Carroll Juvenile records to create a criminal history (Juvenile records is also falsified). The Commonwealth of Virginia with full federal government resources is creating a criminal background for 2002 sex offense while denying all due process and human rights.
