The CPS worker Valerie Wenhold assisted Timothy Armstead with taking custody of Shanya M. Hill May 12, 2014 in PWC VA. Valerie Wenhold felt that Shanya was in better care with Timothy Armstead, Tania Carroll-Majors, Tyeesha Carroll, and Ieesha Carroll when she spoke with family and Mother July 2014 concerning the well-being of Shanya. Mother Jakia Carroll reported Timothy Armstead to PWC VA CPS and the CPS and DSS workers has full knowledge of Timothy Armstead drug addiction and none employment due to injuries from work.
