PWC VA utilized their mental health records to make it as Jakia Carroll had severe family issues which caused trust issues. All of the dysfunctional norms in the family caused trust issues, lack of security, distrust in the world, and a savage mentality like any other person. The Family dysfunctional norms did not seem normal at all when the relatives began to make scenes with the people in the community and the molestation and soliciting of Shanya M. Hill. Mother Jakia Carroll did not realize the family is involved with the informants until the relatives came out with the informants July 27, 2017 on Facebook claiming Jakia Carroll is a predator and snitch. This is how the Commonwealth seperated the Mother from daughter to target the child using the family dysfunctional norms against the family with the people in the community the family trust...

The Federal Government is spending trillions of dollars throughout the United States of America on Rehabilitation Programs, Mental Health, Health Care, Housing, Public Education, and Human Rights Services to support protecting the Rights of the American Citizens. The Laws in place to govern the people to ensure the safety and well-being of humanity used to destroy families, communities and societies in systematic crimes by denying the Rights of Citizens using the poor and minority families and communities through dysfunctional norms and systematic hatred. The reality of the lives lost by the billions mean nothing to the need to embrace the facades and images on trends. The reality and future of our children lost to the broken and misguided souls we claim to be good and decent people.
