PWC VA Eastern Division Federal Agents is able to falsify a drug indictment through a federal Judge in Prince William County Virginia while single Mother Jakia Carroll of two children is a full-time college student with a new born infant. The Mother living in Prince William County Virginia was told by Demetrius Perkins and New baby Mother at the time that there would be a federal investigation for Jakia Carroll selling drugs on the corner. The odds of the single mother paying the phone calls any attention did not happen. March 15, 2012 Demetrius Perkins filed a case in family courts claiming his son was with a known predator Jakia Carroll, on April 5, 2012 a bomb threat changed the court dates and allowed the Prince William County Virgnia Courts and Federal Agents to utilize the Virginia Prosecutor Paul Ebert and VA Attorney General to Illegally falsify crimes on the Mother background while denying all legal due process to assist in the 2002 case. The 2002 case is used in 2015 to claim sexual abuse to Shanya M. Hill with DSS worker Rhonda Brundage while PWC Police, DSS, CPS, and Judicial courts gave Timothy Armstead legal and physical custody of Shanya M. Hill against the Mother Jakia Carroll wishes. PWC VA DSS, CPS, and PWC Police began tareting Kemontay Carroll age five by removing child from school and taking the child without contacting Mother while denying the child medical, education, and disability treatment and benefits. The DC Attorney General is able to create a falsified case with Official Falsified records to make the federal government preying on children legit.
